Airline Operations Transformation through Microsoft 365 and Power Platform
Overview
A leading U.S. low-cost airline had existing workflows developed using InfoPath, SharePoint Designer workflows, and SharePoint lists as backend on SharePoint 2013 platform. They needed to migrate to a modern platform and implement various corporate processes across internal departments.
Post extensive analysis, it was decided to develop the solutions on Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Power Platform, Dataverse, AI Builder, and Power Pages.

Solution
Coforge team was engaged for initial set of 60+ process migration/redevelopment and continued with additional new process automation development:
