The Challenge

The retailer needed to enhance its GCC capabilities to support a highly complex, large-scale supply chain ecosystem. Warehouse operations required modernization through microservices-based systems to improve fulfillment efficiency and scalability.

Managing high-volume data across millions of catalog items posed significant challenges in processing, accuracy, and real-time updates. At the same time, logistics operations required improved route optimization and inventory visibility to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
