Our sustainability story
At Coforge, sustainability is not an adjunct to growth—it is integral to how we build, scale and endure. Guided by our belief that progress must serve both business and society, we are aligning growth with responsible execution and long‑term value creation. Our ESG approach is grounded in measurable action: advancing climate responsibility, improving water and waste outcomes, protecting biodiversity, and embedding strong governance across ethics, data security and human rights.
In Harmony with the Environment, we are committed to shaping a future that balances innovation with stewardship. Our ambition to achieve carbon neutrality, become water positive and reach zero waste by 2040 reflects this resolve. Equally central is our commitment to people and communities—through inclusive workplaces, fair labour practices, and CSR initiatives such as The Coforge Public Library, that expand access to education, skills and opportunity.
By acting consciously today, we aim to strengthen ecosystems, empower communities and build a company that performs—now—and endures for generations to come.
Message from leadership
At Coforge, we believe that growth and responsibility are not parallel priorities—they are the same strategy. As we have expanded our capabilities and grown our business, we have also strengthened the way we serve the society and the environment through actions that are tangible, measurable, and built to endure. We are aligning business growth with responsible execution, and building the systems, partnerships, and culture required to sustain progress year after year.
As Coforge continues to scale, our commitment is clear: to deliver value for our clients while strengthening the world around us. This is how we will build a company that performs—today—and endures—tomorrow.
Sudhir Singh
CEO & Executive Director, Coforge
Our approach is rooted in social responsibility and a dedication to inclusive growth, local value creation, and a steadfast commitment to human rights. This belief shapes every aspect of how we operate and guides the choices we make for our people, communities, and clients. It inspires us to advance environmental stewardship through responsible climate action, improved water management, waste reduction, and support for biodiversity. It also drives the governance standards we uphold through strong principles of ethics, data privacy, cybersecurity, and economic security. By staying conscious in how we work and how we grow, we aim to meet today’s needs while safeguarding the well-being of future generations.
John Robert Speight
President & Executive Director
At Coforge, sustainability is embedded in how we think, decide, and act. It shapes our culture and the legacy we seek to build. Our long-term ambition is clear: to achieve carbon neutrality, become water positive and reach zero waste by 2040.
Our commitment to people is reflected in our inclusive culture, our strong talent pipeline, and our continued focus on health, safety and governance.
Our CSR priorities focus on Education & Skill Development, and Environment, grounded in the belief that progress must be shared and the environment protected. Through the Coforge Public Libraries, STEM labs, academic partnerships and community learning, we are expanding access to knowledge and opportunity for underserved communities. We are actively restoring and regenerating ecosystems through wetland restoration, pond rejuvenation, biodiversity parks and community green spaces—strengthening climate resilience and improving quality of life.
Sustainability at Coforge, guided by accountability and collective action, is an ongoing journey to improve lives, strengthen communities, and safeguard our shared planet.
