Coforge’s Environmental, Health & Safety Management System is implemented in line with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, with the objective of reducing resource consumption, pollution to the environment and ensuring a healthy and safe workplace for all our stakeholders. Our EHS Manual ensures that all employees are following a common process in identifying risks and reporting them through a structured mechanism.
The Manual also identifies roles and responsibilities within the organization in terms of effective implementation of this system and monitoring of the same. This includes all stages, including planning, raising awareness, and communicating the pertinent issues that arise to our stakeholders. We also have operational planning and control procedures in place to eliminate hazards and have our response system for any emergencies. The performance of the EHS Management System is measured on a regular basis through an internal audit and review by management. Improvement areas are identified and the subsequent corrective actions our taken.
