The customer is a leading provider of technology-enabled revenue cycle management  services which transform and solve revenue cycle performance challenges across hospitals, health systems and physician groups across the United States.

Business Challenge

The customer suffered an organization wide cyber security incident. The customer was looking for a partner experienced in the insurance domain to provide cyber security services. The customer wanted the service provider to be setup its operations in a matter of days and help them containing the incident. The customer wanted vendor to provide 24x7x365 SOC services and Threat and Vulnerability Management services to help the customer in recovery and remediation process. The customer did not have defined process workflows, which lead to inconsistent operations and increased time and resource consumption. The customer also lacked the resource strength to support the 24x7 operations.
