Implemented a robust Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution including creation of users, roles, data extensions, brand logo, sender/delivery profile, setup SSO etc Created HTML-based emails using content builder for patients, HCP and caregivers for brand awareness. Automated all weekly and monthly data feeds by setting file drop automation in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Created multi steps Journeys targeting patients and caregiver to provide information related to product. Automated campaign performance weekly report using marketing cloud analytics builder.
