The Airline was looking to implement Campaign across their marketing operation in order to deliver a personalized and consistent customer experience to all returning customers. Additionally, the airline was also looking to implement Adobe Experience Manager Sites for managing all content for their digital channels. The website helps customers locate information while seeking to improve engagement with every click.
Summary of Coforge services:
Coforge consultant worked with the Airline marketing team to configure the rules for the launch and acquisition campaigns, the campaign workflows and templates into Adobe Campaign. Coforge works along side Adobe in serving the client while enhancing the AEM core component library and optimizing the BAU operations.
