Coforge deployed a comprehensive, multi-layered testing strategy aligned with the bank’s complex ecosystem and fast-paced release cycles. This included functional, automation, performance, mobile (iOS/Android), data migration, and accessibility testing to support cloud migration.
End-to-end validation was conducted across core systems and interfaces such as Temenos T24, Edge Connect, HID, and AML. Coforge executed over 2,900 test cases across 20+ modules, covering functions like user creation, customer/account management, FT/EFT, Interac e-transfers, e-bills, RDC, loans, statements, multi-currency transactions, and reporting.
A unified web and mobile automation framework, integrated with BlueSwan™ Verita, enabled role-based reporting. Coforge also established a dedicated practice to address non-functional testing early in the lifecycle, incorporating performance benchmarking and quality improvements. Testing followed a structured model with smoke, regression, and release-level validations to ensure effective defect containment.
