Overview

A leading bank in the UAE had its intranet hosted on an on-premises SharePoint platform with multiple limitations including end-of-life risks, lack of modern capabilities, and high maintenance overhead. The organization required modernization to a scalable, cloud-based platform with enhanced user experience, integrations, and process automation capabilities. Coforge partnered with the client to transform the intranet using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

Cloud-First Intranet Transformation Powered by Microsoft 365 and Power Platform

Coforge reengineered Internet solution by developing components:

  • Implemented employee HR and non-HR processes using Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Enabled modern workplace features using SharePoint Online
  • Developed SharePoint Framework (SPFx) application customizers and web parts for business logic and UI
