Coforge (Erstwhile WHISHWORKS) partners with Microsoft Azure

Coforge (Erstwhile WHISHWORKS) are thrilled to announce a new partnership agreement with Microsoft Azure. The agreement enables the company’s Big Data Team to architect and deliver to customers scalable, on-demand, advanced analytics solutions using the Microsoft Azure Analytics and Big Data stack.

Coforge (Erstwhile WHISHWORKS) has a long tradition of working with leading big data and analytics platforms. As cloud computing becomes increasingly paramount for customers looking to drive their business forward without the constraints of having to build and maintain their own computing infrastructure, the partnership with Microsoft Azure came as a natural solution. Coforge certified consultants have the experience and the skills to help architect, setup, configure and support their projects on Azure.

“Microsoft Azure is one of the most tested and mature options in the market offering the freedom to build, manage and deploy applications on a massive, global network and a natural fit to our big data and analytics portfolio of services,” said Suman Konkumalla, Chief Strategy Officer at Coforge. “One of the key reasons however that we chose Microsoft Azure is its HDInsight service that enables to easily run popular open source frameworks, including Apache Hadoop, Spark, and Kafka. With many of our customers looking to move from Hadoop-powered on premise environments to the cloud, HDInsight allows to smoothly migrate projects to the cloud.”

Coforge will be working with existing and new customers who want to build or migrate their applications to Microsoft Azure ensuring fast deployment whilst applying governance and best practice from end-to finish.
