- Developing a comprehensive system with a feature that allowed the user to search hotel properties (with or without availability) by city or point of interest 2
- Managing hotel content – This included a detailed description of the hotel with rates, amenities and other facilities
- Allowing the ability to blind sell a hotel using a specific property number or using any combination of supported sell qualifiers
- Allowing the ability to modify an existing hotel segment in the PNR
