The bank wanted to transform to a next-generation ACH Payments solution to ensure a responsive, uninterrupted, and enhanced customer experience for corporate customers executing Low-value payments transactions. The program involved several category A services requiring uninterrupted 24 x 7 support and coverage, to get in sync with parallel transformations across GPS on cross-impacted applications & products, Environment availability, Stability, and training.
The program required re-architecting the legacy/ mainframe Monolithic tightly coupled architecture to an API & Microservices cloud-based ecosystem with a balanced RAC (Resiliency availability and consistency). The database upgrade was required. For each functionality of the Core banking engine, orchestration and execution were scoped out and built in as a nano service using POLAAS framework. Coforge provided a dedicated Program Manager for the program, continuous value delivery via prioritized user stories and SLA Based production management and achieved 100% Milestone schedule adherence.
