Client’s existing Enrolment Process Master Application creation was manual and took greater than 4 hours for an Enrolment Specialist besides the risk of manual errors.

- Coforge is helping the client automate the ‘Master App’ and downstream processes like ‘Case Build Up’ to realize the gains of automation using low-code digital onboarding technology (AEM Forms)
- Solution is being implemented in series of releases beginning with an MVP (Master App) and other steps in end-to-end processes (case build up etc.) following later
- Integration with Adobe Sign for secure and legally compliant signatures and audit trail
