These sessions help employees appreciate diversity at the workplace and encourage them to contribute to building an inclusive and equitable workplace.

#IAmRemarkable is a Google initiative, focused on empowering women to recognize and celebrate their achievements in both their professional & personal lives. In phase 1, Google certified facilitator trained 179 women employees globally.
Habit Calendar
This program sensitizes employees to inclusivity and unconscious biases, nurturing an environment for women’s success. Themes cover Culture Transformation, Cultural Awareness, and Storytelling, promoting inclusive conversations. Building Allyship enhances personal responsibility for transformative change, strengthening Diversity and Inclusion at its core.
