Digital Media Manager

We're looking for a Strategy, Media, and Insights Analyst to work on our client large-scale marketing campaigns to oversee, plan, develop, implement, track and optimize. Would need to work across digital channels including social media, email, mobile, online video, organic search, e-commerce, pay per click, retargeting, etc. Candidates should have a solid understanding of the top online marketing tools and strategies. Integrated digital marketing campaigns should be fully managed from planning to execution. Our Strategy, the COFORGE Digital Media Strategist will work with the strategic planning team and creative team in addition to our clients and other partners to bring the best in class digital marketing campaigns to life.

Content Manager

We are looking for someone to develop, implement and maintain content strategies to positively impact the COFORGE’s blog and social media performance. Our content manager needs to be and organized self-starter that can help elevate the blog content and social voice of our brand. Responsibilities include creating a content schedule and managing day-to-day operations - integrating across Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. The candidate will also need to analyze blog and social media analytics, performance KPI’s including traffic, revenue impact, and brand share of voice. Candidate should also be proficient with blogging, social media platforms and HubSpot.

Graphic Designer

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to produce engaging creative works for client projects. The candidate would also be expected to handle multiple concurrent projects as well as ensuring prompt delivery of print and digital creative products. Example projects would include, user interface design, website design, creative pitches, branding/logos, print collateral, infographics, event collateral, digital advertising assets, social media assets, digital assets and web page assets.

Candidate should be a proficient user of design tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other Adobe products. 

Web Developer

We are looking for an experienced Web Developer with 3-5 years of agency website development experience. Your team role will be to take approved website designs and build them in WordPress.

We're looking for developers with a can-do attitude and are driven to make our clients project a success. The candidate would be expected to work under deadlines while managing multiple projects at once.

Candidate requirements: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Photoshop, Design/development best practices, Responsive web design and the ability to manage administrative duties such as DNS, redirects, web page speed and performance, plugin management, theme management, etc.
