A leading airport operator, managing one of the world’s busiest international passenger hubs, aimed to redefine the VVIP lounge experience through a seamless, digitally enabled journey. The Challenge

The airport operator needed to deliver a seamless and premium digital experience for VVIP guests while improving operational efficiency and revenue generation. However, the existing digital ecosystem was fragmented across multiple platforms, including legacy Sitefinity implementations and a Gatsby-based corporate site, making content management complex and inefficient.

Managing multiple instances for different digital properties increased maintenance overhead and limited the ability to deliver a consistent brand experience. Additionally, the lack of centralized analytics, multilingual capabilities, and modern architecture restricted scalability and hindered efforts to drive customer engagement and lead generation.

Without modernization, the organization risked continued inefficiencies, inconsistent user experiences, and missed opportunities to enhance brand perception and monetize premium services.
