By using this Site, you (“User” or “you”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. You further represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and that your access to and use of the Site is not unlawful in the jurisdiction from which you access it.

Subject to these Terms, Coforge grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site and its Materials solely for personal, informational, and non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include:

• the right to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Content;
• the right to create derivative works from or sublicense the Content;
• any licence under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property right of Coforge beyond the limited access described above.

Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by Coforge.

You are expressly prohibited from using any automated tool, script, bot, spider, scraper, crawler, agent framework, or similar technology — including but not limited to AI model training tools, large language model data harvesters, or Model Context Protocol (MCP)-based agents — to access, extract, copy, monitor, or mine any Content or data from this Site, except where Coforge has given express prior written permission.

Standard search engine crawling of publicly accessible pages for routine web indexing is permitted.

Coforge will handle any personally identifiable information included in your submissions in accordance with its Privacy Statement.

Coforge does not seek and does not wish to receive confidential or proprietary information through this Site. Unsolicited business proposals, ideas for products, services or marketing concepts and similar submissions are not invited and will not be treated as confidential. Coforge has no obligation to review, retain, edit or use any submission, and Coforge’s use of any concept or idea similar to a submission will not, by itself, give rise to any claim against Coforge.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in New Delhi, India.

If you access this Site from outside India, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with all local laws applicable to such access.

You shall not access or use the Site, or export or re-export any Content, in violation of any applicable export control or sanctions law of India or any other relevant jurisdiction.

17. Termination & Suspension

Coforge may, in its sole discretion and without liability, suspend, restrict or terminate your access to all or any part of the Site at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. The licence granted under clause 4 will terminate automatically and without notice if you commit any breach of these Terms. On termination you must immediately cease all use of the Materials and destroy or delete all copies in your possession or control.

Any provision of these Terms which by its nature is intended to survive termination will survive termination of these Terms or your access to the Site.

18. Force Majeure

Coforge will not be liable for any failure or delay in the operation of the Site, or in the performance of any obligation under these Terms, that is caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, failure of telecommunications or internet service providers, power failure, cyber-attack or industrial action.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, consistent with the original intent of the parties.

20. Entire Agreement & General

a. These Terms, together with the Privacy Statement and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Coforge with respect to your use of this Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

b. No waiver. No failure or delay by Coforge in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms will operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy. A waiver of any breach will not be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

c. Assignment. You may not assign, transfer or novate these Terms or any rights or obligations under them. Coforge may assign, transfer or novate these Terms in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of assets, without your consent.

d. Electronic acceptance. You acknowledge that your acceptance of these Terms by accessing or using the Site constitutes a valid and binding electronic agreement.

e. Language. These Terms are drafted in the English language. In case of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version will prevail.

f. Relationship of parties. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment or fiduciary relationship between you and Coforge. The Site and the Materials do not, by themselves, create any business or professional services relationship between you and Coforge.
