A national flag carrier of the United Arab Emirates set out to transform guest experiences and unlock new revenue opportunities through data-driven personalization. Coforge enabled a unified, real-time personalization foundation that connected enterprise data, built a 360° traveler view, and operationalized AI-driven journeys across marketing and service touchpoints. By eliminating data silos and enabling real-time decisioning, the airline accelerated personalization rollout, improved engagement, and drove measurable revenue growth at scale.

The airline aimed to deliver premium, personalized guest experiences across its global network but faced challenges due to fragmented data across PSS, loyalty, web/app, and service channels. This fragmentation prevented the creation of a consistent and unified traveler view, limiting the ability to deliver contextual and relevant engagement.
