The customer had stated below objectives for application performance management of their banking/payments platforms across different channels:

We combine our Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry knowledge with our performance testing expertise to deliver a focused solution. We analysed the application performance management “Must Dos” covering, the five areas given below:

  • NFR Quality
  • Capacity Management
  • Toolsets
  • Monitoring, Alerting and Dashboards

We presented the generated baseline data and identified the gap to reach a common goal. The below performance

management maturity model was leveraged, to prioritize improvements.


We used our ‘3-Step Performance Management Consulting Implementation Methodology’ to arrive at the prioritized improvements and got consent on the same with the customer.
