  • Mastered data are processed and managed with the help of Informatica tools and Applications.
  • Oracle used an as MDM database
  • Informatica PC used an ETL tool
  • E360 and Provisioning tools to handle Data Stewardships and Workflow management
  • Tech stack – Informatica PC and Informatica MDM for better interaction with each other
  • Compared to Talend MDM, requirements related to UI were easily fulfilled by using Informatica product

Outcomes

  • Customer data platform to gather data from multiple sources and create the 360 degree view .
  • Data Steward capabilities were provided to approve/correct the records while In legacy, these were either manually performed or not performed.
  • Easy onboarding of new data sources and Easy to move data from Base Objects to MDS and have golden record.
