Partnering with the client, we successfully provided the solution to reduce MTTR and bring-in innovation/automation:
- Competed successfully and won the contract against tier-1 IT companies
- Implementation of auto-remediation solution for resolving incidents pointing towards IT Infrastructure is in progress
- Implementation is ongoing in a phased manner for the following:
- Phase I: iOps (Basic)
- Phase II: iApp, iDb, iBUS, iOps (Advanced)
