Working with a dual shore model, Coforge redesigned MonaLisa as per client’s custom requirements, completed data migration from existing systems, enable PAX count of 145Mn+, and create custom reports.

The client was looking for and automated PRA system with specific customizations that could manage large volumes of data processing with financial accuracy and reduce reporting cycle times.

The client joined hands with Coforge for its Integrated Revenue Accounting solution—MonaLisa.MonaLisa provides a feature-rich, business analytics-driven engine that acts as a catalyst for increasing efficiency through accurate and timely revenue accounting. Coforge's integrated solution included a license for its MonaLisa revenue accounting solution, customized solution for credit card reconciliation, refund approval, GSA, station access, and Korean language support.
Coforge worked with a dual shore model (Germany and India) for the entire implementation to:
- Redesign of MonaLisa as per client’s customization requirement
- Data migration from existing system
- Customize GL as per client’s finance requirement (MonaLisa building GL system with export to MonaLisa at month end)
- Created 60 new tailor-made complex reports as per client’s business requirement
- Implementation of test system with feature to test reports with test data as well as with production data
