Transparency and Equal Pay Report

Coforge Brasil is publishing today the results of the Transparency Report mandated by the Equal Pay Law. The company believes that this report, in its current format, does not consider basic and relevant premises and conditions for the effective assessment and identification of discrepancies, as established by the current legislation itself.

In this sense, we understand that the figures presented do not consider salary differences arising from specific characteristics of a given occupation, differences in seniority among employees, differences arising from performance targets, or specific characteristics of a given function.

As a result, we are developing new reports, which will also be published through this channel, that take into account the factors mentioned above so that we can make a more reliable comparison of salaries between women and men in the company.
