A leading specialty insurer, was faced with the challenge of a complex platform set up to support their global expansion plans. Their objectives were to set up cross functional technology teams to spearhead their Transformation journey, simplify existing workflows, mitigate any security related challenges and eventually achieve their business expansion plans fueled with flexible technologies across regions.
Over five years, we guided the client's growth into new markets through product engineering and platform knowledge. Concurrently, we undertook key enhancement projects such as introducing new coverages and forms and upgrading ISO from 7x to 9x and then to 10x, which significantly boosted operational efficiency. We also delivered comprehensive support and maintenance for Duck Creek Policy, , Claims, Data Insights Systems, and Hyland OnBase Integration with Duck Creek. To ensure quality, we empowered the client with functional Quality Assurance and test script automation on the Test Automation Center (TAC).
