NIIT Technologies appoints Amit Kumar Garg as Chief Financial Officer

New Delhi, December 14, 2015: , a leading global IT solutions organization today announced the appointment of Amit Kumar Garg as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. He will be leading the global finance function for and takes over from Mr. Amit Roy who was appointed as Chief Financial Officer in the interim.

Amit Garg brings over 20 years of extensive experience having worked as Director-Finance in Fidelity International and American Express Financial Centre in India. He started his professional career in India with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Audit & Business Advisory Services. Prior to taking up the appointment with he was the Regional Finance Director and CFO at Intertek India, the South Asian arm of the leading international provider of quality and safety services, and served on the board of the entity.
